Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Reflect mobile application (“App”) operated by Reflect (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at marianoksairi@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
The App may offer auto-renewing subscriptions. Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID or payment method at confirmation of purchase and at renewal.
Where offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.
You can cancel a subscription at any time through your device’s account settings (App Store or Google Play). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted to Apple; requests for Google Play purchases must be submitted to Google.

All content, trademarks, and software in the App are owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The App integrates third-party services including Supabase, Firebase, Stripe, RevenueCat, Apple In-App Purchase, and Sentry. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
